![]() We were over the moon when we saw and felt the quality of this firearm, we decided to fit a Bushnell Elite 3-9×40 scope. This was a 10 year anniversary present to ourselves, we only wanted a Crossover so we were happy to wait. 17HMR on Thursday night from Horsley park gun shop, after a 6 month wait. My wife and I have picked up our new Crossover. Thank you for a truly first rate rifle, I am going to order the 243 centre fire when they come available. the adjustable stock butt, the bolt cycling, (so smooth) and my favorite, the mag that drops out without a fight.įor a firearm out of the box, the rifle shoots straight and with a bit of barrel shoot in will be on target soon. What a product, from the moment I took the fire arm from the box, it was a winner. I have always purchased Japanese or USA built rifles it was a decision on my part to go for the Aussie built product. 17HMR this week and am very impressed with the design, functionality of the fire arm. ![]() I tweaked with it and it was fun, but it went in trade for the AR10.Took delivery of a new Lithgow. Almost all English speaking countries made these, except US. Otherwise it looks stock.Ī nice, new DSA custom could cost 2-3 times as much.Įdit: The L1A1 means it is an inch pattern, UK/Commonwealth production. If it is the only FAL you are likely to own, they are excellent rifles. Just understand this is a cheaper one, if you decide to sell it later. ![]() I am not saying it isn't an excellent rifle. In other words this particular FAL was not made by FN, Steyr Mannlicher, nor DSA. Century Arms is more in the "inexpensive" area of FAL's. ![]()
